Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

Oral presentations at KEER 2016 will take place in the Michael Sadler Building at the University of Leeds

All presenters must be registered to attend the conference, if you have not already registered, you can register here.

Oral presentations are to last a maximum of 15 minutes, with an additional 4 minute Q&A. Please stick to these timings. We would also advise restricting the number of data slides used.

The University of Leeds does not support Mac devices or its native programs. Please be prepared to present from Power Point. Speakers are asked to arrive to their session in the break proceeding their session to load presentations on to the computer. Please bring your presentation on a USB.

 

Poster Presentation

Poster presentations at KEER 2016 will take place in The Parkinson Building at the University of Leeds. The poster sessions at this conference will be an informal opportunity to discuss your work with your peers. You will be advised to hang your poster with others in its topic when you arrive. Please hang your poster for the duration of the conference.

If you submitted an abstract in a language other than English and it was accepted for poster presentation, please provide a translation of your title. The titles and presenting authors will be published on our conference website.

Please note all posters at KEER 2016 must be in English.

All poster presenters must be registered to attend KEER 2016. If you have not already registered you can register here.

Please print all posters portrait and sized A0. Should you need to print a landscpae poster please print size A1. Please note, A0 posters printed landscape will not fit on to the poster boards. The University of Leeds conference team will provide velcro for attaching your poster to the poster board.
