Camera Ready Submission

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION

All Final Camera-Ready papers must be submitted through EDAS system latest by 16 December 2017. Unless permission is granted by the committee, late submission will risk the paper be excluded from the conference publication. Permission request must be made to the secretariat at secretariat@keer2018.com.

Corresponding author is responsible to make sure all comments by the reviewers have been considered and necessary corrections have been made before submitting the Final Camera-Ready paper.

1) Special Session Paper:

Submission Format:

Submit your final camera-ready paper both in PDF (all fonts embedded) and MS Word (Doc, Docx) files. The paper MUST comply with the Special Session paper template.

 

Copyright transfer:

Please fill up and submit “Springer Consent to Publish” form, and submit to EDAS upon submitting the Camera-Ready paper. When filling in the form, please carefully fill in only the empty gray fields, signature and date, and choose the employee type whenever applicable. Do not change/edit any other part in the form.

 

Copyrighted works:

If excerpts from copyrighted works (including websites) such as illustrations, tables, animations, or text quotations are included in your manuscript, please obtain permission from the copyright holder (usually the original publisher) for both the print and online format. Please use the “Springer Permission Request Form” when requesting permission to the copyright holder. When filling in the form, please carefully fill in only the empty gray fields, the copyright holder signature and date. Do not change/edit any other part in the form.

2) Regular Session Paper:

Submission Format:

Submit your final camera-ready paper both in PDF (all fonts embedded) and MS Word (Doc, Docx) files. The paper MUST comply with the Regular Session paper template.

 

For preparation of Japanese final manuscript, please write title, author, and author affiliation, abstract and references in English. The rest of the contents can be in Japanese.
