Kansei for Sustainability and Innovation

The 2024 International Conference on Kansei Engineering and Emotion Research serves as a global platform where researchers and practitioners in Kansei studies and related fields come together. This conference fosters an inclusive environment that encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and embraces cultural diversity. Regular sessions will accept both full papers for oral presentations, while special sessions will only consider full papers for oral presentations.

The authors granted the authorization of accepted papers for conference publication. Presented papers in Regular Session will be published in the online conference proceedings The papers presented in the KEER 2024 Special Session will be published in the prestigious Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS), published by Springer and indexed by DBLP, EI Compendex, INSPEC, Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST), Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCImago, SCOPUS, and zbMATH.

Distinguished papers will be invited to submit extended versions for publication in the following Journals:

1. International Journal of Affective Engineering, published by Japan Society of Kansei Engineering, indexed in ISI Web of Science.

2. Journal of Kansei, published by Taiwan Institute of Kansei, indexed in Taiwan Humanities and Social Sciences Citation, awarded a third-level journal in Taiwan's humanities and arts disciplines.

3. The special issue of International Journal of Digital Media Design, published by the Taiwan Digital Media Society, was awarded in THCI (Taiwan Humanities Citation Index) Core 2 status.

Selected best papers will receive an Award & Certificate from the organizer.
