* Registration Fees

Main Registration (NTD), The exchange rate of NTD to USD is around 1:32.	Early-bird Rate (Until 30th July 2024)	Standard Rate
Full Registration (participant with papers)	13,000 NTD	16,000 NTD
Student Registration (student with papers)	7,000 NTD	10,000 NTD
Additional Conference Dinner		2,500 NTD
Additional Conference Tour		2,000 NTD

Note:

• 1 registration covers 1 paper submission.
• Full, and Student Registrations are inclusive of access to all parallel sessions, exhibitions, conference kit, program book, publication, lunches, conference dinner and refreshments. Participants without paper registration will have access to parallel sessions, and exhibitions.
• At least one accepted paper’s author MUST register and complete the payment before 30th September 2024 for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. The author of the special session paper has to complete the payment before 30th September 2024 .
• To be qualified for student registration, you must be currently enrolled as a student in a university or an institution. A scanned copy of your valid student ID card must be sent to the submission platform.
• Attending the conference tour should be booked on the registration website, and an additional fee should be paid according to the indication.

Payment Note:

Credit Card (Visa/Master/JCB/UnionPay) Payment Only

• Only the credit card(Visa/Master/JCB/UnionPay) payment is acceptable. For authors, the final payment deadline is 30th Sep. 2024. Unpaid paper after this date will be automatically rejected. If you have problems in payment or delay payment, please contact the conference secretariat keer2024tw@gmail.com .
• Payment for Early-Bird rate is based on the date of the payment is transferred to our account. If the payment date is after the Early-Bird date, the rate follows normal registration fees.
• In case of cancellation on or before 30th Aug. 2024, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation processing fee (3,000NTD) for the refund process. Please note all refunds will be made after the conference. Note that on or after 30th Aug. 2024, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. Force Majeure:

• Unexpected cancellation of the event. The conference organizing committee reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation KEER2024 in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood, terrorist attacks or outbreak disease). In such cases, the conference organizing committee is freed of all responsibility.
